Final narrative
An employee climbed from a rolling stair ladder onto shelving to check containers of inventory. While climbing back onto the ladder, the employee fell from the shelving, striking the floor. The employee broke both bones in the lower right leg and suffered cuts on the hands and a back strain.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
