On July 23, 2022, an employee was walking to the parking lot to assist a customer when they tripped over a curb and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a broken metatarsal in their right foot, a head contusion, a sprained left knee, a sprained right wrist, and a laceration to the nose. The employee was hospitalized.
