On May 6, 2020, an employee was operating a metal shear to cut 2-inch strips of aluminum. He was attempting to catch the strips behind the shear so they would not fall on the floor. While his hand was behind the machine, the shear was actuated via the foot petal, causing the shear to come down on his left middle finger. His fingertip was amputated to approximately the end of the nail bed.

An employee was installing a replacement garage door at a commercial business. During the installation, the crew released the tension off the last of three overhead springs. The spring caught the employee in the shoulder and upper right arm causing a severe laceration and pulling the employee into the side of the structure.

On October 14, 2025, an employee was cutting lumber on an upcut saw. When he activated the saw to cut a short piece, the blade struck the tip of his right thumb, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was using a table saw to cut strips of plywood. The employee's left hand came into contact with the sawblade, which amputated the index and middle fingers as well as lacerating the hand. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was stacking concrete blocks for a concrete bunker. As a block was swinging into place, the employee's left leg was pinched between two blocks, resulting in injuries to his left heel and lower leg.
