An employee was trying to remove a part from a mold. The lid of the mold struck his head, and he suffered a spine compression/bruise. He was hospitalized.

An employee was using a scissor lift to fill a mold on a rotational molder when the molder moved to the next step of the rotation while the scissor lift was still in its path. The scissor lift was pushed over and the employee suffered a broken right arm and injuries to the right foot, left ring finger, and left middle finger.

When the weight is off the shell, cranes move north or south to position the cooker inside the shell. The cooker shaft suddenly moved and his right middle finger was caught between the cooker shell and a gauge block. The finger was amputated to the bottom of the fingernail.

An employee was using a floor-mounted vertical sander to deburr a part. The part got caught between the guard and the sander. The employee's hand was pulled in and the sander crushed the employee's fingers.

An employee was operating a wax injection die. The die's metal lid (which weighed about 125 pounds) fell on his hand. He suffered crush injuries to the index and middle fingers that required surgery.

On June 27, 2024, an employee was assembling a completed mold top weighing 1,261 pounds. The hook from the hoist was under tension. She went to adjust the hook and it moved, catching her left thumb against the mold top. She sustained an amputation to the tip of the thumb.
