On April 4, 2025, an employee was assembling a cooker and was positioning a shaft inside the shell. The shaft was lifted up on each end. The cooker shaft suddenly moved and his right middle finger was caught between the cooker shell and a gauge block. The finger was amputated to the bottom of the fingernail.
