On August 6, 2022, an employee was installing the electrical igniter for a firework device that was loaded with fireworks. The fireworks inside ignited, severely burning the employee. He suffered burns to the chest, neck, and face; damage to the chin, jawbone, and nose; and loss of skin on the face.
