On February 18, 2023, an employee was returning from their lunch break when they tripped over a parked pallet jack's fork and fell on the concrete floor. The employee sustained a pelvis/hip fracture.

The employee suffered a crush injury to the ring finger and an amputation of the little finger above the top knuckle.
