An employee was going between a ladder and a wall to repair a wall in the utility room. A brad-nailing gun was hanging on a piece of wood on the side of the ladder. The employee contacted the brad nailer and the trigger was pushed into the wooden piece. The brad-nailing gun actuated and shot a 2-inch brad into the employee's abdomen.
