On October 16, 2024, an employee was descending a caged ladder after clearing a conveyor jam on a raised catwalk. Below the point where the cage stopped, the employee missed a rung and fell. The employee hit her chin on the last rung of the ladder and rolled to the ground. She was hospitalized with a vertebral compression fracture, fractured ribs, and a brain bleed.
