On October 16, 2024, an employee was descending a caged ladder after clearing a conveyor jam on a raised catwalk. Below the point where the cage stopped, the employee missed a rung and fell. The employee hit her chin on the last rung of the ladder and rolled to the ground. She was hospitalized with a vertebral compression fracture, fractured ribs, and a brain bleed.

An employee was setting up a display when they caught their foot on the fixture and fell to the ground. The employee sustained a broken wrist.

An employee was walking in a store when she tripped and fell to the floor. The employee sustained rib fractures.
