An employee was jogging a loose belt on a machine. The machine's sprocket and belt caught the employee's right hand and lacerated the top of it. The employee was hospitalized.
Employee was working on the No. 2 sew line machine when a paper jam occurred. The employee went around the machine guard and caught his right hand in a pinch point amputating his pinky finger. He was taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
