At about 4:30 p.m. on October 11, 2022, an employee was in a parking lot helping a customer who was having difficulty with their vehicle's reverse gear. The vehicle rolled over the employee, who suffered fractures to vertebrae and the legs.

An employee was on a ladder moving a caliper on a shelf. The caliper fell, which caused the employee to fall off the ladder. He landed on the ground and suffered a broken upper left leg and right leg.
