An employee was loading bags on a pallet. The employee's leg became caught in wrapping material and the employee fell to the ground, suffering a broken tibia.
An employee was cleaning on the third-floor mezzanine when they fell through an access hatch and landed on the second-floor mezzanine. The employee sustained a broken collar bone, a broken rib, a possibly broken vertebra, and a brain hematoma.
