An employee was removing two-by-four supports from a trench. He lost balance and while trying to avoid falling on top of conduits and other materials, fell into the trench. The employee sustained a broken right leg and fractured left heel.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
