A forklift operator was loading a forklift onto a semi-trailer truck when the semi-trailer began moving. The forklift fell between the trailer and the loading dock, causing the employee to strike his head on the dock plate and sustain a concussion.

On November 17, 2023, an employee was unloading a trailer using a forklift when the truck drove away, causing the employee and the forklift to drop to the ground. The employee suffered back injuries that required hospitalization.

An employee was using a vertical band saw to cut a thick piece of rubber material. While being cut, the material shifted, causing the employee s right hand to contact the moving blade. The employee's thumb was amputated below the knuckle. The employee was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
