The employee was walking on the back of the truck when their right knee popped, causing them to fall 5 to 6 feet to the concrete below, landing on their back and left elbow. The employee was hospitalized with torn ligaments in their right knee and a fractured kneecap.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
