An employee was providing pest management services to the exterior of a bank. While walking through the parking lot he was struck by a vehicle. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right leg and required surgery.
An employee was climbing a ladder for pest control inspection when the ladder kicked out at the bottom and the employee fell to the driveway, landing on the wrists and face and suffering multiple fractures.
