A paramedic was crossing a ditch to reach an injured person. His right knee was hyperextended and he suffered a partial tear of the right quadriceps tendon. He was hospitalized.

On November 18, 2022, an employee was checking rodent stations at a customer's home. Upon standing from a bent position, the employee experienced pain in the abdomen. He was hospitalized and had surgery for a hernia.

Two employees were trying to put an HVAC unit into place for installation. They were using a manual pallet jack to elevate the unit enough to remove four-wheeled dollies from under the unit's legs. They removed the dollies on one side of the unit, but when one of them began to remove a dolly on the other side, the unit began to tip over. The employee suffered a left knee injury while quickly getting away from the falling HVAC unit.

An employee exited the ambulance van she had been driving and went to lower the hydraulic wheelchair ramp/lift on the side of the vehicle. The lift would not lower into position. She went around to enter the van to continue troubleshooting the lift when the van began to roll backward as the employee was partially out of the driver s side door. She reached in to stop the vehicle but the transmission shifted into reverse. The van turned and backed across a residential street, dragging the employee approximately 15 feet until it went up on a curb and the employee s left leg was pulled under the left front tire. She was hospitalized with fractures to her right wrist, right hand, and left fibula.

On October 25, 2025, an employee was stringing up a new reel of tire tread on a machine. The employee pulled a 6-inch tail and proceeded to spool up the liner. As the machine was jogged to begin the liner wrapping process, the liner caught the employee's glove and pulled their right arm into the liner, causing a fracture to the arm.

An employee was doing a cable change on top of an electric overhead traveling (EOT) crane. They were positioned between the cable drum and the drive shaft. While rotating the cable drum, the employee reached for the new cable that was to be installed. The grease fitting on the drive shaft caught their fall harness and pulled them underneath the drive shaft. The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.

An employee was helping two other employees to push a pallet of tile on a loading dock. He suffered a broken fibula and was hospitalized.

On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
