On 12/18/16, an employee was walking up the basement steps while carrying a few packages of frozen meat when she missed the top step, lost her balance, and fell. When she attempted to brace herself from the fall, her right hand went though the lower tier window of the back door, severely lacerating her right wrist.
An employee was transferring a pot of hot water and noodles from the stovetop to the sink in the kitchen. The employee fell and their leg was burned by the hot water.
