An employee was closing a roll-up trailer door when he lost his footing and the door closed on his right leg. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right leg.

An employee was performing regular observation of the gate and all approaching vehicles. The weather was hot and the employee was sitting in a vehicle. The employee sustained dehydration and heat exhaustion.

On April 30, 2025, a driver was making local deliveries. At approximately 10:15 AM, while climbing down from the back of the trailer, he lost his balance and fell to the ground from a height of less than four feet. The employee's left leg was fractured and he was hospitalized.

On January 25, 2025, at 6:36 a.m. an employee was opening the door of a trailer at the dock. The 55-gallon drums loaded inside had shifted during transit, causing them to lean against the trailer door. The drums fell when the door was opened, and the employee was crushed. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right tibia.

An employee was using a dolly to hook two trailers together. When she went to move the dolly, she felt pain in her back and suffered a back sprain that required hospitalization.

An employee was collecting trash when they were struck by a rolling utility trailer. The employee sustained a right ankle fracture.

On October 17, 2023, at 9:55 p.m., an employee was working on a ramp while moving merchandise from a cargo loader to a dolly. The employee was putting the locks on the dolly and transferring a unit load device containing packages when she realized the lock was in the down position. As she attempted to fix the lock, the unit load device started moving toward the dolly, and the employee became wedged between the dolly and the device. The employee suffered an injury to her lower left leg.

Two employees were shaking out steel beams and standing them vertically. One beam was hit, causing the other beams to fall. A beam then rolled over an employee's left shin and fractured it. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee was inside a trailer, loading freight, when their leg was caught in shrink wrap. The employee fell, resulting in a fracture to their right thigh bone, which required surgery.

An employee was lowering a safe stack beam inside a trailer. The beam released, causing the employee to fall back and strike his head on the trailer floor. He was hospitalized with a brain bleed and a concussion.

An employee bent over to pick up a rubber mat from the ground. When he grabbed the corner of the mat, a rattlesnake hidden under it bit his left middle finger near the first knuckle. He was hospitalized.
