An employee was standing on top of 4x4 posts that were laying across the top of two shipping containers. The wood broke causing the employee to fall to the parking lot and sustain a fracture to the back of the neck.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
