On January 18, 2023, an employee was operating a pallet jack to move boxes when his hand slipped off the pallet jack and struck a box. The employee sustained a hand injury.
An employee was working from an 8-foot A-frame ladder, repositioning a Wi-Fi box attached to a drop ceiling. As he pulled a ceiling tile toward himself, he lost his balance and fell back off the ladder. He suffered fractures to the ribs and back.
An employee and a coworker were placing a cold case (refrigerator) into a counter when the coworker lost his grip, causing the employee to also lose his grip. The employee's right-hand pinky finger was caught between the cold case and the counter, amputating it at the first knuckle.
