An employee was wrapping a pallet of material using a manual handheld stretch wrap tool. He tripped over the bottom corner of the pallet, fell backward, and landed on a stationary metal roller in the plant floor that product is kept on (approximately 16 inches high). The employee sustained fractures to the first lumbar vertebra and five ribs on the left side.
