An employee was holding a piece of waste sliver in their left hand while resetting the clearer when the take up shaft grabbed the waste sliver and pulled the employee's left little finger in toward the shaft. The employee sustained an amputation of the top portion of the left little finger.

On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.
