An employee was climbing down a ladder when he fell 3 feet to the ground, breaking his arm.

While securing the access ladder to the roof, an employee slipped on roofing paper and fell 8 feet. The employee was hospitalized with fractured vertebrae. At the time of the incident, the employee was wearing a harness but was not connected to an anchoring point.

On June 19, 2018, an employee was repairing the roof of a two-story residence when he fell from the roof, breaking his ankle(s). He was hospitalized.
