An employee was helping a customer at a deli counter. The employee retrieved food from the deli counter and turned around to weigh the product when they lost balance and fell to the ground, resulting in a fractured patella in their right knee.
An employee was baking jalape o bagels. She turned around to put a pan on the counter and slipped on jalape o juice. The employee fell and sustained a right kneecap fracture.
An employee was stripping the floor with chemicals when the stripper chemicals spilled on his foot, causing chemical burns that required hospitalization.
