An employee was walking behind the cash register when they tripped on a cord and fell, resulting in a contusion to the right knee.
On January 7, 2025, at approximately 11:18 AM, an employee was operating a retainer carrier (RTC) to pick merchandise. He exited the RTC and was then struck by the RTC. His right leg was pinned between the rack and the RTC. The employee was hospitalized with a laceration to the right calf.
An employee was returning merchandise to a shelf in an aisle. The employee tripped over a stool and fell to the ground, suffering an injury to the right hip.
