An employee was in the back of his trailer making a delivery. His truck began to roll forward, so he jumped out of the trailer to try to stop the truck. He suffered a knee injury.
An employee arrived at a customer's facility and began to prepare a trailer for drop-off. The employee lost his grip while climbing off the trailer and fell to the ground, striking his head. The employee sustained a concussion, six fractured vertebrae, a right shoulder strain, and a hip injury.
An employee was preparing to connect a set of double trailers when their left thumb became caught between the truck pintle hook and dolly, resulting in a partial amputation of the thumb.
