On April 17, 2023, at 9:05 a.m., an employee and two co-workers were attempting to recover an 840-kilogram bag of technical powder that had tipped over when two of the same bags behind the employee tipped over. The top bag grazed the employee's back and the second bag hit their left ankle, resulting in an ankle fracture.
An employee was dumping a load of trash from a self-dumping hopper into a roll-off dumpster. The hopper shifted while the load was dumping and pinched the employee's left hand against the forklift forks. The employee's fingertip was amputated.
