Final narrative
An employee was operating a roller and loading it onto a trailer that was at a steep angle. The roller made it halfway up the ramp before descending in reverse and sliding sideways. The vehicle struck a sign pole and a downspout. As the employee dismounted the roller, his leg was pinned between the roller and the sign pole. He sustained a lower left leg laceration from the sign.
An employee was loading a bottle of water into a cooler in the back of a work truck when another employee entered the driver seat of the vehicle to move it. When the second employee moved the truck forward, the injured employee fell out of the truck and hit his head on the ground, suffering head trauma.
