An employee was holding onto a section on a sharp metal edge when it pinched their finger between the frame and the piece they were trying to remove. As they were sliding it down the support frame to move onto the dollies, it got caught on the frame. Their little finger was amputated about halfway between the second and third knuckle.

An employee was replacing an underground drain line with a coworker. The employee was bent over when a light pole that was sitting on the ground with the arm section leaned against the wall fell over and hit the employee on the back, breaking two lower back bones.
