An employee was cleaning at a new home under construction when they fell from the second floor, resulting in a back injury.

An employee was stepping down from one level to another, about 10 inches below, when he lost his balance and stepped on a protruding 3/8-inch rod. The rod punctured the sole of his right foot.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
