On May 22, 2023, an employee was working as a framer and knelt on a nail that was on the ground. The nail penetrated his knee and entered the bone. He was hospitalized.

An employee was stepping down from one level to another, about 10 inches below, when he lost his balance and stepped on a protruding 3/8-inch rod. The rod punctured the sole of his right foot.

An employee was tearing a roof off when they walked onto a nail and sustained sepsis and blood clots in the left foot.

An employee was carrying a box of screws. The box flipped over and screws fell to the floor. One of them punctured his bootheel and the bottom of his right foot.

An employee was working on a steel plate, about 1 foot by 8 feet, to be installed on a structure that was being fabricated. He stepped on a piece of metal that had been welded to the plate, causing the plate to strike him in the shin. He suffered a laceration and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee suffered pulmonary edema after participating in a high-altitude simulation.

An employee was stung by a wasp or bee while emptying garbage into a dumpster, suffering swelling on the back of the neck.

An employee's left middle finger was caught in a door and partially amputated.

An employee stumbled while walking down a flight of about 15 stairs, hitting his head on the landing and suffering a concussion.

The end of a maintenance employee's left thumb was crushed in the pinch point of a belt and pulley while he was manually pulling on the belt to rotate the parts of a locked-out production machine.

An employee tripped over a stool and fell on the floor, resulting in a left displaced mid-cervical femoral neck fracture.

An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.

An employee assisted in cleaning material from a conveyor pit. After the pit was cleaned, the employee proceeded to replace metal safety plates to ensure other employees did not fall into the pit. While replacing one of the last plates, the employee mis-stepped and fell approximately 5 feet into the pit. The employee was hospitalized with back/side bruising, elbow bruising, bone bruises, and/or fractured ribs.

An employee was inspecting a breaker box and turning on/off a circuit breaker when he was electrocuted.

An employee was walking on the sidewalk. When they stepped off the curb, they fell to the ground, resulting in fractures to their tibia, fibula, and a metatarsal.
