An employee was pushing a material handling cart with a carton of toys to the salesfloor to stock when his right foot was caught underneath the cart. The employee fell to the floor and sustained a right hip fracture.
An employee was walking when they slipped on a wet surface and fell to the ground, which resulted in a fractured left patella. The employee required surgery.
An employee was attempting to clock into work in the breakroom when she tripped over a TV stand and fell on her left side, resulting in hip and elbow injuries that required hospitalization.
