An employee was adjusting a load on a crane in order to balance it when the load shifted onto their left index finger, resulting in amputation.
An employee was entering the cab of a semi-truck when he slipped from the handle and step of the truck. The employee fell backwards and struck his head on the ground. He was unconscious for a few seconds and was bleeding from the nose and ears.
