On July 3, 2023, an employee was putting ice pallets away with a forklift when another forklift collided with the employee's forklift and crushed their left thumb, resulting in an amputation.

An employee operating a pallet jack was making a turn near a racking system. When the pallet jack got too close to the racking system, the employee jumped from the pallet jack. He was pinched between the pallet jack and the storage rack and sustained a broken ankle.
