An employee was obtaining pizza ingredients from a walk-in freezer. As they were exiting the freezer, they tripped over an icing bucket and fell, resulting in a fractured right hip.
An employee was walking around his service van in a parking lot when he slipped and fell on his right side on the concrete. He sustained a fractured rib and a punctured lung.
