An employee was walking down an unfinished stairway to get to the bottom floor. The employee approached the missing stairs and fell 5-8 feet, landing on his feet. The employee sustained a fracture to the top of the left foot and a compressed disc of the lower back.

An employee was cleaning up a job site and throwing a board into a dumpster when he was struck by a sheet of siding that was dropped from a boom lift 20 feet above. He suffered multiple head contusions; abrasions to the head, neck, back, and chest; and fractured ribs. He was hospitalized.
