Final narrative
An employee was feeding a borescope camera into the inlet port of a liquid ring vacuum pump to take internal pictures. The camera was passing through a ball valve when the valve closed on his finger and the borescope. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation.
On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.
