An employee was descending the last two steps to the ground level of the parking garage stairs when they fell to the ground-level landing. The employee sustained ruptured left and right quadriceps at the patella, requiring hospitalization.

While walking from the parking garage to the office building an employee slipped and fell to the floor. They were hospitalized and underwent surgery for a dislocated right knee.
