Employees were standing up a wood frame (shaft liner wall) on the second floor of a multi-family construction project. The shaft liner wall dislodged and fell on an employee. The employee sustained fractures to a leg and ankle.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
