On October 19, 2023, an employee was cleaning debris off the bottom of a piece of a baler and conveyor used for recycling. The conveyor unit fell onto the employee, resulting in fractures to the shoulder blade, spine, ribs, and two fingers. They also sustained lacerations to the spleen and liver.
