A car was traveling on the highway when it crossed the median and drove into the property, striking a customer's car and two employees that were cleaning it in the carwash area. One employee was injured but not hospitalized. The other employee was hospitalized with a fractured left foot.

A pickup truck door closed on an employee's little finger, amputating the tip without bone loss.

The injured employee and his supervisor climbed the stairs that run parallel to the truck and trailer, walked to the upper platform used for observation and sample taking, and saw that the lid of the grain trailer was closed. The employees began working to open the lid which appeared to be stuck due to cold weather. The injured employee pulled on one of the pivot arms that connect the lid to the main body of the trailer. As the lid began to open, the employee s right hand slipped down on the pivot arm and his index finger was caught between the pivot arm and the base of the pivot arm. The employee s right index finger was fractured and three nerves were severed. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee had just delivered product to a hotel. He was closing the rear door of the company vehicle when his right hand was caught in the door jam. The distal ends of two fingers were amputated.

An employee was changing the location of bolts that held a metal plate on the top of a car wash conveyor. His thumb became stuck between a part of the equipment and a roller on the conveyor. He sustained a fracture to the right thumb just above the base knuckle, resulting in an amputation.

An employee was walking on a carwash roller track when their right foot was caught inside the roller track equipment. The employee sustained torn ligaments and tendons, a partial degloving, and an arterial bleed in the foot.

On July 17, 2025, after someone reported a burning smell at the car wash exit near the washing machine, an employee was inspecting the area. When the employee touched the washing machine, he was electrocuted and hospitalized.

An employee came in early to use the air compressor to add air to one of his car's tires. While he was walking across the parking lot, the injured employee noticed a man sitting in the parking lot. The unidentified man rushed the injured employee and stabbed him three times in the back with a knife.
