An employee was walking when she tripped and fell to the floor, resulting in a fractured ankle.
An employee was walking a rolling rack of apparel merchandise to the freight elevator. The rolling rack fell over and the employee fell with it. During the fall, she sustained a laceration to the lip, a cracked front tooth and a broken humerus that required hospitalization and surgery.
An employee was installing fence posts when they stepped into a recently dug hole that was not visible due to rainfall. The employee's leg was fractured.
