An employee was assembling material on a conveyor while a nearby co-worker was moving a load of steel plate with a forklift. The steel plate dropped from the forklift and struck the employee, resulting in a broken leg that required hospitalization.

On April 7, 2023, an employee was using a utility knife to cut a wire-tie off of a new hose when the knife contacted the inside of the employee's left arm. They sustained a laceration that required stitches and hospitalization.
An employee was helping forge a piece of titanium on an open die hydraulic forging press when a 2-by-2 piece of the titanium broke off and struck the employee in the arm. The employee sustained a laceration to the right arm and was hospitalized.
