Two employees were working on a bottle manufacturing machine to synchronize the unit. A drive motor had been unplugged while things were being moved into position; when it was plugged in, a palletizer robot arm came down on one of the employees, who suffered three broken ribs.

An employee was outside of a metal recycling bin to dispose of scrap recycle materials. The employee climbed the side of the bin to determine how full the container was when they fell to the concrete pavement below. The employee sustained a head laceration that required hospitalization.
