An employee was handling hydration products using an electric pallet jack. When the employee restarted the jack, it struck a skid's stationary hitch latch. Their left ankle contacted the latch while their right ankle was pinned against the pallet jack's stand. Both ankles were broken, and the employee was hospitalized.
