An employee was using an emery cloth and a lathe to polish pins when their glove was pulled into a pinch point between the spinning pin and the cloth. This resulted in a laceration to the left index finger and a metacarpal fracture requiring hospitalization.

An employee was attaching a turnbuckle to an auger. The turnbuckle slipped and the employee's left thumb was pinched between the turnbuckle and the auger resulting in a partial amputation of left thumb.

Their left ankle contacted the latch while their right ankle was pinned against the pallet jack's stand. Both ankles were broken, and the employee was hospitalized.
