An employee was trying to set a fence post in the ground. The employee retrieved a post driver and was setting the post with it when his finger was caught on the downward motion of the post driver, resulting in an amputation to the fingertip.

An employee was removing packaging from a roll of printing substrate. The blade of their utility knife got stuck. The employee used both hands to free the knife and the blade partially amputated their left little fingertip.
