An employee went up on the roof using a ladder on the front side of the home and walked over the peak to observe the status of the roof being completed. The back side of the home was in the shade and had a thin patch of ice or frost that caused the employee to slide down the backside of the home and fall approximately 15 feet 9 Inches, resulting in injury that required hospitalization.
