On April 5, 2024, an employee was disposing of refuse at a job site. After placing an item in a refuse can, the employee turned and stepped on a uneven, modified stair. She fell to the concrete ground and sustained fractured pelvis and was hospitalized.
On June 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM, an employee was using a scrubber machine to strip and clean the floors in a facility. The employee slipped on stripping chemicals and fell to the floor. The chemicals saturated their clothing resulting in burns to the skin. The employee was hospitalized.
